Rosemark uses a thin-client/server model, so you don’t need to go through your browser to access it. By using this method, you avoid problems associated with browser use such as crashing, slow response and compatibility issues that come with browser updates. Of course, browser-based components are used when appropriate, for example, for mapping and Caregiver portal access.
To view information on-the-go, the RSS is accessible through your cell phone browser. You can also make this feature available to Caregivers and Clients’ families so that they can view the schedule.
