Telephony services allow Caregivers to clock in and out over the phone. Rosemark will interface directly with your Telephony service provider, and offers you many tools to record information and manage Caregivers through Telephony.
Rosemark Telephony compatibility allows you to to:
- Populate the Client and Caregiver information your Telephony provider needs, eliminating double-entry
- Automatically verify scheduled shifts for billing and payroll
- No-show warnings pop up and can also be sent by email or by text message.
