Many of our competitors charge extra for customer support and service. Here at Shoshana, we deliver outstanding customer service free of any additional charge. There is no frequency or time limit to technical support services. We enjoy getting to know our customers by helping them use the system.
We want the transition to a new system to be as easy and affordable for our customers as possible. When you begin using the Rosemark System, there are no start-up fees for services.
If your agency has a large amount of information stored in your current system, we offer a database import head-start for a one-time, flat-rate fee. This service will spare you the burden of transferring all your data into a new system and help to get you up and running as quickly as possible. We can work with many data sources, from other scheduling programs to Excel spreadsheets.
